Our Strategy
Creating a Digital Twin for Golf Course Operations
Golf course management often relies on disconnected spreadsheets, paper-based records, and fragmented operational processes. This creates challenges when tracking maintenance activities, managing infrastructure, monitoring turf conditions, and reporting on course performance.
Our strategy focused on developing a centralised golf course management system that provides complete visibility across every aspect of course operations. Through stakeholder research and workflow analysis, we identified the need for a platform that could unify mapping, maintenance planning, asset management, and reporting within a single intuitive experience.

Key Interventions
Intervention one
Golf course teams often struggle to access accurate information when course data is spread across multiple systems, spreadsheets, and paper records. One of GroundSense's most significant interventions was the creation of a GIS-powered digital course environment that centralises every critical asset, maintenance zone, and infrastructure component within a single interactive platform This intervention not only improves productivity and accountability but also provides valuable operational insights that support better resource management, improved course conditions, and more sustainable golf course operations.
Intervention two
Managing golf course maintenance requires constant coordination between teams, resources, equipment, and schedules. GroundSense introduced a unified operational framework that simplifies maintenance planning, task management, and performance reporting through a centralised digital platform. This intervention not only improves productivity and accountability but also provides valuable operational insights that support better resource management, improved course conditions, and more sustainable golf course operations.
